💡 CADDIS bridges subsurface stealth and above-surface awareness. MARS extends bandwidth/LOS and acts as recovery/overwatch.

📶 Subsurface comms = low-bandwidth acoustic; surface windows = encrypted RF via MARS/VIKTA relay.

1️⃣ Plan & Brief

Define objective, ROE, EMCON windows, recovery points. Assign roles: Diver Operator, CADDIS Pilot, VIKTA Pilot, MARS Operator, Commander.

2️⃣ Transit & Insert

VIKTA surface transit to staging; submerged approach to insertion. MARS loiters as relay/overwatch at stand-off.

3️⃣ Subsurface Launch

Divers deploy CADDIS underwater; acoustic heartbeat confirms health. Navigate to surfacing point.

4️⃣ ISR Windows

CADDIS surfaces on a schedule, streams EO/IR via RF through MARS/VIKTA; tasking updates pushed to team.

5️⃣ Decision & Action
  • Continue ISR / mapping
  • Call MARS overwatch / cue effectors
  • Abort & covert exfil
6️⃣ Recovery & Exfil

Recover CADDIS to VIKTA (subsurface rendezvous) or surface capture by MARS. VIKTA extracts divers; AAR & data exploitation.
